The entire Lowcountry pulled together to build a house for one family in need. Your typical Southerner can withstand the dog days of summer but does not care to be outside much when the thermometer dips down below 40. Yet, there they were standing side by side 24 hours a day for one solid week. I am very proud to say that many of the members of the Lowcountry Business Circle donated time and material to this worthy cause during the coldest week of our winter. We did not do this for publicity or fame, we did it because of who we are, we work hard and we give back whenever we are able.
