Mike was new to this area, and what a breath of fresh air, omgosh!! I clearly remember this clean-cut gentelman ( in the true sense) showing up @ my front door. From the get-go, Mike conveyed the type of honest & ethical character traits I had been raised with, and he is as trust-worthy as they come!

I have been with Covert Aire ever since, and I highly recommend their bi-annual service, which is actually half the price that I had paid anywhere else. When an appt. is scheduled, they show up on time, as promised, and if a few minutes late, they will be sure to call you. I also love the fact that the techs wear booties ( without having been asked), as I have cream-colored Berber. The staff is extremely competent, friendly, and I promise you will not be disappointed!!

I received 8 estimates and 7 of them said that I would need to give up a closet in addition to a large amount of outside porch space. Mike came and told me he would get back to me. He researched all the different types of systems on the market and found the perfect system for this very small condo. He was the only one who took the time researched the systems available to meet my needs. This system is new and takes up no floor or closet space and the outside unit takes up less space than the old previous outside unit. Mike was the only one who did this and was willing to instal this system. This was the first one of its kind on the island and he and his workers were great. With little effort they worked through all that goes into installing the 1st of its kind system. This system is very efficient and quite. It provide heat/air to all rooms that the old system did not. As with anything new there were a few bugs to work out, and he and his workers were always there, even on a Sunday. There is no one else I would go to for heating and air on the island.

I have had the pleasure of having Covert Aire working in my home on several occasions and very happily refere them to friends and associates. They are prompt, efficient and their follow up is amazing. They leave their work area clean and instead of telling you that you need a new system, they are honest and fix the problem instead of charging an arm and a leg for a new air conditioning system.
