Brad & Kara suggested icing my neck/shoulder for the first 2 days (15 minutes at time), then to schedule a massage. Brad said the first 48-72 hours are crucial for icing an injury. I took their advice and scheduled a massage on Tuesday. My massage was GREAT. I expressed to Brad exactly where I was suffering and he took time to explain each individual muscle and help to massage it out. Even though I was a little soar the day after my massage, I am almost 100% pain free today (Thursday). Ahh Green Spa was above knowledgeable about the anatomy and how to relieve neck & back pain. Customer service was above perfect and I would recommend Ahh Green Spa to friends, family & Co-workers.

Absolutely the best massage that I have ever gotten. My allergies were taken seriously and the oils they used were so mild & pleasant. The massage experience was relaxing with calming music/nature sounds and the therapists were respectful of our "quiet time" by only speaking quietly when necessary. The most positive thing I can say is that my Mom said she couldn't wait to vacation again in Hilton Head to get her next massage and I most certainly would book another session. The staff was very knowledgeable and great at making you feel at ease. We walked into the Spa and were able to get a couples massage even though it was their day off. I received the hot stone massage, my husband the 19th green massage. We both walked out of there the most relaxed we have felt in ages. It was definitely worth it- the spa as a whole is relaxing and puts you at ease. Next time we come to the island, we are definitely stopping by again!
